Baby and Me Classes This class is for moms who: -Desire to connect with their bodies and develop a healthy relationship with movement -Are looking to meet other like-minded moms -Want to learn how to strength train properly for their postpartum body no matter how long ago you had your baby. Movement: Low impact, bodyweight movements for all fitness levels designed to help strengthen your body and improve range of motion. Options for Children: Hold your child (if you have a young baby) Wear your baby in a carrier Let your child play or participate The class is free flowing: meaning all moves can include child, but if your child wants to play, sleep, or lay on their mat instead, you are still guaranteed to get a great workout! Cost $55 for 4 classes $16 drop in rate per class When: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am
