Tucson Parks and Recreation will host an afternoon of pumpkin picking in the pool at the Aqua Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, Oct. 14, from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center, 3455 E. Zoo Court. Registered participants 17 and under will get to plunge into the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin to paint and decorate. There will be snacks and light refreshments.

This event is free, but you must pre-register. Register for a location and time slot online at EZEEreg.com beginning Monday, Sept. 18, at 9 a.m. Time slots are available from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. or 1:30-3 p.m. Spots are limited to the first 60 to register per time slot. Swimmers in diapers must wear tight-fitting, waterproof pants over a swim diaper.
